Group Classes
Group classes are a great way to try out different training styles and keep up a healthy workout routine in between sessions! You must reserve your spot through e-mail, in-person or by phone call.
Weekly Class Schedule
Our classes are each 1 hour long and taught by our team of amazing trainers. Maximum of 7 people.
Combat Cardio
Mondays at 7pm
Spend an hour with Phil learning the fundamentals of boxing. You will focus on proper technique, do mitt work with him and the other clients, and get a great work out along the way. Good for all levels.
Total Body Bootcamp
Wednesdays at 7pm
Shuya loves using circuit training to strengthen all muscle groups. This bootcamp class will challenge your full body in both strength and cardio. Progressions and regressions available where you can move at your own pace. Good for all levels.
Mobility Flow
Fridays at 7pm
Caroline puts a strong focus on core and stability. This class will move slowly, building heat through breath with primarily core-centered exercises and postural-corrective work. This low-impact class is great for anyone looking to find more ease and mobility in their movement.
